We will confirm your appointment through e-mail when we receive it. Please check your junk mail folder for confirmation or rejection email.

If you are new to the salon and/or looking for a color change, or if you're unsure which option to choose, please book a separate appointment for a complementary consultation first so we can assess your hair fully and make sure we have lots of time for you when you come to have your hair done. 

For smoothing treatments for new clients, a complementary consultation is required before booking the service.
